Boiler fans, employing centrifugal fans and blowers, provide the burner with the appropriate amount of air and ensure thorough mixing of the intake combustion gas, thereby minimizing exhaust emissions. Traditional boiler fans and exhaust centrifugal blower fans mostly use vibration-damped shaded-pole motors for drive.
1.Before dismantling centrifugal fans and blowers, dismantling tools and materials must be prepared. If there are gases or other harmful gases present, the inlet valves must be tightly closed, and baffles should be installed if necessary. If both the inlet and outlet are facing downwards, water can be poured into the sewer to seal it off. The filling height should ensure that no hazardous gases leak from the pipes to the work site.
2. When disassembling centrifugal fans and blowers, the oil must be drained and filtered before separating the oil pipes and valve body flanges.
3. When lifting the top cover or rotor, it must be kept horizontal to avoid damaging machine parts. The axial connection of the centrifugal fans and blowers must not be disassembled. If the heat exchanger box needs to be cooled, the top box must be cooled first.
4. Before disassembling the centrifugal blower slide, the bearing clearance and thrust surface clearance need to be measured. Before removing the centrifugal blower seals, the seal gap should be measured.
5. When disassembling centrifugal blower parts, carefully examine the marks on the parts. If some parts cannot be printed, they can be printed to facilitate assembly to the appropriate repair location. Parts that need to be printed include those that cannot be misaligned or positioned, and those that will affect balance, such as keys, covers, sleeves and their support rings, couplers and their pins, centrifugal fan intakes, and axially flowing movable centrifugal fan blades.
6. After disassembling the blowers centrifugal, clean the disassembled parts to remove any dirt.
