A centrifugal blower fan is a key component ensuring the exhaust of flue gas from a wall-hung boiler; it is the power unit of the exhaust system. Regular dust removal of the blower fan is necessary during daily use and maintenance. When the centrifugal blower fan impeller rotates with the shaft, the gas between the blades also gains inertial centrifugal force, causing it to be thrown out through the outlet between the blades. The thrown-out gas is forced into the casing, increasing the gas pressure inside the casing, and is finally guided to the outlet for discharge. After the gas is thrown out, the pressure in the central part of the centrifugal blower fan impeller decreases. Outside gas can then be drawn in through the orifice in the center of the impeller front plate, continuously supplying gas.
