What are the models and parameters of centrifugal blowers?

A centrifugal blower fan is a key component ensuring the exhaust of flue gas from a wall-hung boiler; it is the power unit of the exhaust system. Regular dust removal of the blower fan is necessary during daily use and maintenance. When the centrifugal blower fan impeller rotates with the shaft, the gas between the blades also gains inertial centrifugal force, causing it to be thrown out through the outlet between the blades. The thrown-out gas is forced into the casing, increasing the gas pressure inside the casing, and is finally guided to the outlet for discharge. After the gas is thrown out, the pressure in the central part of the centrifugal blower fan impeller decreases. Outside gas can then be drawn in through the orifice in the center of the impeller front plate, continuously supplying gas.

Centrifugal blower model numbers typically consist of letters and numbers, where the letters represent the type of centrifugal blower, and the numbers represent the size and performance level of the centrifugal fans and blowers. Common centrifugal fans and blowers models include:

  • Y9-26: Single-inlet centrifugal blowers with medium airflow and medium pressure.

  • 4-72: Dual-inlet centrifugal blowers with high airflow and medium pressure.

  • T4-72: Adjustable-angle dual-inlet centrifugal blowers with high airflow and high pressure.

  • C6-48: Corrosion-resistant centrifugal blowers suitable for conveying corrosive gases.

  • Centrifugal fan and blower parameters: Flow rate: Common flow rate range is 0.5~1000 m³/s.

  • Centrifugal fan and blower pressure: Common pressure range is 100~10000 Pa.

  • Centrifugal fan and blower speed: Common speed range is 500~3000 rpm.

  • Centrifugal Fans and Blowers Power: The power range of common Centrifugal blowers is 0.5~1000kW.

  • Centrifugal Fans and Blowers Noise: The noise range of common Centrifugal fans and blowers is 60~90dB.

Centrifugal Blowers Applications: Widely used in large and medium-sized factories and civil buildings, large squares, power plants, air handling equipment, and hot air circulation equipment. Centrifugal Blowers are used for conveying non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive gaseous media.

Centrifugal Blowers are used for air containing dust: The gas must not contain sticky substances, and the dust and hard particle content should not exceed 150mg/m³. If used to convey small particulate materials, the impeller life of the blower will be shortened. Normal Temperature: The normal operating temperature of Centrifugal blowers is no higher than 80℃. Suitable specifications will be customized according to your specific operating conditions.
