Installation
1. Check the Airflow Direction:
The valve body usually features an arrow to indicate which way the air should flow. When installing the valve, make sure the direction of the arrow and the exhaust airflow direction are the same, otherwise, they won’t work.
2. Installation Site:
Horizontal Installation:
In order for a spring or gravity to be able to accurately return the valve plate to the original position, the shaft must be kept horizontal.
Vertical Installation:
Airflow must open the valve plate by pushing it up.
3. Connection and Fixing:
Right after you can install a rigid or flexible pipe that has the correct diameter.
It is better to use stainless steel hose clamps (clamps) to keep the connection stable.
For applications that require a very high level of airtightness, aluminum foil tape can be wrapped around the joint.
4. Space Provision:
Make sure there are no obstructions in the area where the valve plate opens.

Q1: What causes the installation noise?
A: In general, this situation happens when a high flow of air causes the valve plate to hit the pipe wall. If you want to reduce the harsh metal impact sound, you may consider putting a buffer silicone strip (optional) on the edge of the valve plate.
Q2: Can you place the check valve horizontally or vertically?
